		<description>Autom thanks for your comment I could not agree with you more. I have no problem with companies experimenting with different customer feedback mechanisms but at the end of the day the focus should always be about the customer experience. With all the statistics on how much harder it is to acquire a new customer versus keep an existing one it always amazes me that so many companies fall flat on their face from the moment of purchase onwards.

		<description>transparency is indeed one of the more audible mantras of today&#039;s social-driven economy. customer/client service must evolve with the same level of transparency espoused by social media, as the likes of customer-influenced brands, behavioural targeting, user generated content and the overall democratization of online communities are showing just how critical companies need to pay close attention to their customer/client and foster real, healthy relationships with them.
